ImagesEverything produces custom contest software for World Wide Wagering
September 1st, 2005
Just in time for Football season, World Wide Wagering and ImagesEverything worked together to create a new contest creation and tallying software, built with current wager graphics and .php scripting.
World wide wagering enjoys hosting a number of client "Football Pool" style contests were clients can compete against each other for cash prizes. The new software creates a client contest registration database, allows admin users to create new contest parameters, select teams and set game times, creates and posts user interfaces for clients, and tallies the winning entries after game results have been set.
The new .php system saves World Wide Wagering as well as IELA countless hours that would have been spent building weekly .html pages, uploading and downloading UI forms and tallying customer contest entries. The development off this software took the entire month of August to complete, and launched September 1st, 2005, one week before the first scheduled NFL game.
The new system even automatically sets the picks of those contestants who failed to make their weekly choices on time to default choices at the click of a button.
World Wide Wagering and IELA hope to continue working with current software designers to design and build an ultimate contest creator that will have all the parameters needed to create any sports-oriented contest for any and all sporting events world wide.
