The patio area has magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea and Dominican Rainforest.
The Lower Level is air conditioned with remote controlled thermostats and ceiling fans.

All windows and doors are fixed with aluminum rolling security doors.
These doors are operated by electric motors and can be lowered or raised with the press of a button, or set to a timer to be activated automatically.
